What's a pie pop? Well, it's a fun way to sample pie in one or two bites. It looks like a lollipop - it's a round bite of pie on a stick - but it's made from my delicious butter-flaky pie crust and a dollop of filling in the middle!
Tomorrow, look for two flavors:
- Memphis-style peanut butter and banana (sweetened with local honey)
- Northwest blackberry jam (homemade jam from blackberries I picked myself last summer)
